Shipping Policy

Where we ship We ship to Finland, most of Europe, and selected countries worldwide including the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Shipping rates standard shipping is €2.99 within Finland and Europe, and €6.99 to other countries. Shipping is free on orders of €50 or more within Europe, and on orders of €75 or more to other countries. Tracking is included with every order.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time Our products ship from our supplier in Asia. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after processing for orders within Europe, and 10–25 business days for other countries. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons and holidays.

Tracking You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. It can take a few days before tracking information begins to update, which is normal.

Customs and import duties Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your local authorities. Where applicable, these are calculated at checkout.

Delays We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by customs. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us at info@luxeshadeeyewear.com and we'll help you track it down.

Missing or damaged items Contact us within 14 days of delivery if anything arrives damaged or is missing from your order. A photo helps us resolve it faster.
