Return and Refund Policy

Right to cancel

If you live in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at info@luxeshadeeyewear.com with your order number.

Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached.

For orders under €20, you do not need to send the item back. Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we will refund you. You may keep the item.

For orders of €20 or more, we will provide a return address and instructions after you contact us. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without prior contact cannot be processed.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 14 days if anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Include a photo and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping. You do not need to return the item.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
